Red face A07 check account::: ANSWERED :::

Hi.I have send you email and after waiting 5 days with no answer I post my problem here.I had 10 unlock credits on my box and now when I try to use with vodafone 527 or I check my account I have A07 check account erorr.Please let me know what is going on or where my credits are gone.

check your account with SAT, be sure that you have configured it fine with your login & password
if not you cannot auth on polar server

if you don't remember passw use "recover pass" function and you will receive a reminder mail with your data

if all goes wrong or you can't understand those steps then contact support
