Member: 212823 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 27 | Alc. Ot-s920.....error phone not respond ??? SOLVED !!! I am trying to unlock one of these new alcatel s920, but no matter what I do, i always get the same answer from soft " PHONE NOT RESPOND". Drivers I think are properly installed, in the device manager I see installed: "Mobile Adapter - 3G PC UI Interface (COM7)". Is that the right driver to be installed, or ????'' Phone without sim. Please, reinstall drivers and try again. Must work, we tested and success. Press ReadCodes and when polarbox2 request it, plug phone (POWER ON) and wait. Phone will put in FlashMode (pink screen) and after few seconds will be unlocked ... With best regards, PB2 Team | |

When I first click on connect, soft seems to beging reading the phone "connecting", green bar goes a bit further, but after few seconds, phone screen turn into pink, yes (flash mode), but software...."ERROR PHONE NOT UNLOCKED", even before, clicking on "read codes". 靠靠 ???? Otherwise you are right. In some computers not connect very well. We improved a little communication process and now seems works well. I will upload with a little surprise in few minutes ...
