I have 2 of them both are giving these errors. Full battery for sure.

- pressed Power Button not worki, not connect at all.
- Booting with * button and then pressing Power button give me the same error.
- Botting with * and keep pressing during unlock same erros again.

Bump. So what should i do to help you? Ive tried on XP 32bit and got the same errors.

solution is usb power. i had the same problem while using a hub but then i connect direct to usb and worked.

2 different laptops, 3 cables, fully charged batteries, 2 same phones and do not works. I never used hubs.

Plug Usb cable without battery
Press connect button in Polar
Press and maintain pressed * key in phone
Continue maintain pressed * key and make click in Unlock button.
Repeat.Maintain pressed * key during all process

Fistro I have same problem.
I have Windows XP 32 bits too...

Sometimes worked ON pressed all time, sometimes worked * pressed all time.

But today I´m trying unlock some pieces and always Error header...

If you needs make testing tell me

first connect phone without battery, press * and connect battery, after that press connect button on polar and unlock
if yo connect phone press connect button on polar, press * and connect battery. phone connect with polar but not unlock
