Alcatel 1060 Firmware [ANSWERED]

Hi Guys, how are you ?

My name is Daniel Cardoso and I'm trying to write a Portuguese firmware from another Alcatel 1060 which firmware I copied. But when I select the option to write that firmware, and a new windows opens to select the file, the file doesn't appear on the selected folder (although the file is really there because I can see it using Windows Explorer).

And I really would like to know why, because I really would like to get portuguese on those phones

One other thing: Three phones that are originally from Portugal don't unlock. Although the process goes well and the phone says unlocked, these three phones are still locked to a Portuguese carrier. Is there any special protection on some firmwares ?

Thanks for your time and best regards,
Daniel Cardoso
