hi Polar team,

pls check the following error that i get when i am trying to unlock the model Alcatel OT 1060X .... pls check and revert asap

Engine Compilation Build : 336

Selected : Alc. OT-1060
Connecting Phone...
Sending Boot...

Phone Connected Ok..

Reading SpLock Area......
Error header...

Finished With Error...

the battery has around 80% charge and i have tried on 2 different PC's same error ...... i hope everything is Ok at your end !!!!

my friend, unfortunately i might not able to send one until i have one .... received one to Unlock from a customer ... however my concern here is that there are other Polarbox user's who have sucessfully unlocked this model sucessfully and i am not able to get through ....

can you pls re check this at you end ......
