Alcatel 4010x wrong code [SOLVED]

I have tried calculating the code but it says wrong code when entered into phone. I have triple checked the info entered and have tried the code 3 times into the phone. Hard reset done and its still the same.
I selected OT-4010 as there is no OT-4010X

C) Press VOLUME DOWN + POWER ON, select CLEAR EMMC and press HOME

If the phone requests unlock code
Insert the original sim
Power ON
Type ###765*08#
Select Network Unlock and enter Nck

This way worked but every time i reboot the phone it now asks for the code again (SPCK code)

Thanks Bro but i spoke to customer and she said she doesnt ever switch her phone off so she is fine with entering the code if needed now and then.
