Alcatel 7024N Metro PCS unlock code doesn't work [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi polar team, i send an unlock code request for an alcatel 7024N from MetroPCS but i tried to enter all the codes the server gave but none of them work! the codes doesn't work, yesterday i unlocked one of the same phones with polar 3.3.9 selecting OT-7024 but today i updated to 3.4.3 and selected OT-7024N but as i said the codes are wrong they doesn't work, please what should i do? i need to unlock this phone.

Oh really? i forgot to copy the log, is there a way to recover that data? beacause i already closed polar box, well anyway i'm going to try again and this time i'll make sure to copy the log.

Yeah, i know this time i used 3.3.7 but first time i used latest 3.4.3 but were the same codes and didn't work either, this log is of second try, the first log i didn't copy.

how many attempts you got left mate? normally these phones give you 3 attempts.

I have noticed the ones that allow 10 attempts are giving trouble. Codes don't work.

The guys behind these boxes will know how to hack the answer.

all I can do is input IMEI+PRD and hoping for the best.

Which models do accept SPCK code istead of NCK code.

My customer has Alcatel 7040N Metropcs model. And that phone is also not acceptig NCK code..

Can he try SPCK code?
