[Alcatel] ERROR Phone not respond.. [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello all.

In first sorry for my bad english.

I bought a plastic polarbox2 few weeks ago, and can't use it.

Before installing my PB2 i read FAQ and Polarbox install instruction.
I registered my polarbox with polar sat.

Now when i try to connect alcatel phone, i got "ERROR Phone not respond". I tried with OT-800 and OT-363.

I spent a lot of time on forums to solve my problem but i don't find anything to help me.

It make me mad to not use this product. And I really don't know where I'am wrong.

which version of the polar used?which cable?please explain more for get help.be cool,u will find it very easy to use.and will happy with this great box, well come in polar comunity.;

I use Polar suite 2.4.5(c)
I try to connect the phone off with a s320 datacable.
Phone is off

I don't know which other information I can add.

so,down load polar version v2.4.4 from support.and check .hope will work

Sorry for not posting earlier, I got a lot of work.

Hello, I spent a lot of time to download Polar suite 2.4.4 and 808a UNLOCK (UNBRAND)FILES, I'm working on a 56k connexion.

I installed it, and no more progress.

Is it possible that my box is defective?

Hi! I need help. I buy Polar box 3 metal 4weeks ago i also spend lot of time installing On XP, Win7x86 & Win7x64 but polar box 3 unable to detect any phone! i need remote assitant via teamviewer! i try it with 8 different supported phone. my skype id nexvision_rodrigues
