| Alcatel OT-990 unlock failed! [ANSWERED] How to unlock this phone. Wich driver i need from support area? Alcatel_Android_MTK_890_891 or usb_host_driver_2.0.6.8? when attach phone (push home button than attach micro usb push connect button) allways phone not phound message. Possible to calculate nck for this phone? Polarbox is too expensive box and i couldn't unlock any new phones.   |

| Hi, Sorry but Alcatel 990 is not supported yet. Alcatel programmer is working on USB connection (flashing) and leave enabled for testing purposes, but for the moment is not available this procedure (please be patient) About what other "new" phones you mean ? If you face any other problem, please feel free to post here and we will assist and help you to unlock (actually polar supports tons of new phones) |

| I know that, this phone not supported. Why not? I bought this box i will can unlock the lot of popular phones like HTC,Alcatel,Samsung. But i can't. You are supporting a lot of reject phones like Huawei,ZTE, etc. |
