Member: 87284 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23 | Alcatel OT-V570A [ANSWERED] I need some help, i *******r came with this alcatel v570a for unlock service, i connected the phone to the box and requested the code via online server, codes returned but they didnt work, phone kept saying incorrect code, i configured factory settings but the same, code didnt work, this has happened before with other models, then i proceed to unlock it via firmware method. and i got this. Connecting with phone ... Sending Certificate.... Bypassing Security Boot... Bypassing Passed.... Ok... Continue Booting Process...Please Wait... Sending First Boot.... Sending Second Boot.... Detecting Flash IC. Type .... Flash ID.: 017E4422 , AMD 16 Mb. Phone IMEI : 0*****-**-******-* Firmware Ver. : 744 Phone Type : V570A-2CTLMX1 Operator/Country : MOVISTAR / MEXICO Language : BRA ENG SPA FRE ITA Reading Security Zone... SRo Name : XD74NO05 Phone Connected Ok.. Changing Speed Up 921600 Bps... Please Wait... Writing Firmware ... Writing Block 1... Writing Block 2... ERROR Awf_2... Error Writing ... Member: 87284 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 23 | Im using the current version, updated box software i see you had no problems, the difference is that your phone is X mine is A. Still waiting for a solution from support wich i know they wont solve anything, the solution is, i will need to pay the phone to cos-tu.-mer. it has been almost a week and not even a single word from support. what a dissapointment, your tool isnt cheap, yet when something goes wrong, youre on ur own. thanks for this awesome support service. |
