I have a problem when I read the codes.

" Contacting With Server...Wait...
ERROR...Insufficient credit

ERROR Please Again..."

but I hace the licence of BB
I have unlock some BB without problems
but one week ago I have this problem

¿what can I do?

if u have activation, normaly u not need credits

I use the last versión. I think that the problem start when I actualized the version 2.3.0
Im login in the panda sat.

is possible some problem in the your Database??
my acount is Navarro. Can you check all is Right?

use always last update cause old one can't use server

if u still face same problem send mail to the_gorr@polarbox2.net with ur sn and ur problem infos, will check and answer u as soon as possible

Hi,

I have another problem with polar box. I think that both problems are the same.

When I try to unlock a samsung U900

Phone Model : SGH-U900
Phone Network : 234 33
Phone S/W : U900BVHF
Phone IMEI : 352442-02-498000-3
ERROR...Invalid Box

ERROR Phone Not Readed...

what happens with my box??

Please help me!!!!!

i not see any mail in my mailbox, talking about invalid box problem

i asked u to send me ur box sn including log, i can't remember, all, and with ur log, i can understund and fix it
