check drivers and make sure use last version of the polar.wait till phone complete on,
than hit conect and read codes.if still same ,use diferent usb port.luck

drivers install corrct and change usb port as well phone completely on same problem

if u want check ur pm.waiting for ur response.make sure ur 8100 pearl dont have pass word,if
pass word u need to disable it.and try again.check polar sat if u registered and u have licence or
credits.

type 10 times wrong code and will reset all,but may be will ask again for code.user data will lost.
so just use search button for reset ur 8100,when u will be able to disable ur code,all will be good.u can read unlock code with polar easily.understand now,so this was pass word problem.
