All nice...but i cant connect phone to polar suite
5 phones no one connected

i try connect for example OT303(alcatel) OT813x...213
This phone i doing by polarbox many time!!! but before update my polar no working...i buy pkey and update my polar...but no working too(((
this phones i try connect to another products...no problem...pinout true and unlocked no problem...
any logs....in polar program connect phone and power on....and no reacsion!!!
any ideas???

update have nothing to do with ur problem.

first of all be sure u can't connect any phone to ur polar, if polar can't detect any phone, alcatel, samsung, lg .... then check FAQ http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/4563433-post10.html

As i checked your box is METAL (old box), upgraded with P3CARD.
P3CARD works perfectly so this is not the real problem.

Problem is the PCB or drivers, so you must check this.
If phones not connect, problem is simply and have two solutions.

- You have damaged FTDI (buy new PCB or replace FT232BL)
- Check if drivers of FTDI are properly installed

If you ask me about old metal PCBs we not have in stock, so you must look for in any reseller that have stock (like IPMart).
This PCBs are 5-6 years old, and we stop of distribute more than 2 years ago, so not have warranty (as usual after this period of time)

Any other question or doubt, please post here and we will assist as soon as possible.
