ITS A CONNECTION PROBLEM CHECK PHONE CONNECTOR CLEAN IT MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE USING RIGHT CABLE AND PHONE HAVE A BATTERY MORE THEN 80% CHECK ALL THIS.

MAY BE NEW VERSION. I AM FACING SAME PROBLEM WITH S211 (BIG PHONE). ERROR Phone Not Conected.. baterry full charged and with same cable i can unlock other phone s210 s211....

posible problem
1. polar soft not totally installed
2.polar box need only connected to pc
3. user need timing for connection
4.cable not exactly connected
5.relaks,BR
