Hi! I have 2 pieces of this model. None of them works. I'm using latest polar version.

You make all this Steps with Polar v2.6.9?
Phone Status ON
- Use Micro Usb C3300 / S7070, Rj45 Only Datacable
- Enter Sequence *#7284# Select [2]UART
- Reboot Phone
If You Can Put Log.With Log is Better for Support Help You.
The phone is required to reboot after you type the *#7284#
You Have HTC and Samsung Activation Correct?

If you are in Spain and you desire send me phone will update it in 3-4 days, in other case we still searching phones ...
