Cant Update polar 2 with P3 Card Dongle [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

Hi i have just bought the P3 Card Dongle for my Polar Box 2 Metal and i get this error

20002730
5:28:51 PM Starting process
5:28:51 PM Checking PolarBox2 hardware
5:28:51 PM Checking new PolarBox3 hardware
5:28:51 PM Checking account status
5:29:00 PM Error checking status. PolarBox2(metal) not registered
5:29:00 PM Process aborted with error [ E03 ]

And when i try to register it says i have to update box first very strange
can someone from support please help Thanks

I Cant update or register the polar box 2 or the P3 Card Dongle iam not new to all this been unlocking for the past 8 years, So some urgent help is needed thanks.

i cannot migrate the 2 together and it says the metal box is not registered on the server or even update it

Ok, give me few time and will fix it (in the next hours)
This problem is because you never registered this box.

Hi Whitehead,

Please retry procedure again.
Be sure you use last version of updater v107

please be patient your problem will be solved he has solved mine am now reloaded with my wonderful box polar box 3

I need this mainly:

- username
- password
- mail
- country
- name
