E257 dead after unlock [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi Polar team , can you please give me a solution to this strange problem :
Alcatel E257x dead after a successufully unlock

Now the phone can be connected with soft but wont power ON anymore !!!
What must i do ?

flash ur phone and all will be ok

I flashed it in two times but still not power on !!!
can you please give me a good eeprom , because at support there is only a firmwares

Hi,

Sorry but unlock process NEVER kill this phone.
If phone now not power on, is not due this function (so check other reasons)

If you flash your phone, u miust do some operations, not only flash.
Follow this instructions (as polar say in the screen) and if phone have software failure will be flashed and working ...

FLASHING INSTRUCTIONS

- Fullflash with file inside support
- Repair certificate
- Make unlock process

and all steps must be done without powering on phone till u finish last step
