equipment does not read my polar [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

has been good since my box and I open the program and the whole bit but I can not read the box of equipment and cables are new and have recently proven with three teams and you can read anything that I ask a little help with this box and is desperate please me.

and found the fault in the installation is only a problem in the device manager and only appears ftdi me and I get and install micro polar box and went back to install and nothing to remedy this error as I can apologize for my ignorance but I'm new to this box

How to Install your PolarBox2 Service Software :-)

1 .- First of all, install this software, choose between "plastic" or "metal" type :

PolarBox2_Installer_V20(Metal_Box)(V245r2_inside). zip
PolarBox2_Installer_V20(Plastic_Box)(V245r2_inside ).zip

Other links (only updates) :

PolarBox2_Update_V245r2(Metal_Box).zip
PolarBox2_Update_V245r2(Plastic_Box).zip

2 .- Plug your PolarBox2 in your computer and wait till finish detection
3 .- Run SAT (Service Administration Tool) and register your box
4 .- After this go to "User Actions" and later press button "Request Box Certificate"
5 .- For finish, dowload last stable update pressing "Support FileServer" using SAT again
6 .- Now, enjoy your PolarBox2 ...

If you detect any problem, feel free to contact with us at this mail : [email protected]

Important !!! PolarBox only works with last version installed, try to keep your software always updated
