Help! Can't flash Alcatel OT-802a [ANSWERED]

Hi!

I'm having some troubles trying to flash an Alcatel OT-802a. This piece is from Telcel Mexico.
I've tried to flash the following files already:
  • 802a_ALUSH_85F_Firmware(EN_FR_ES_IT_US-English).frm
  • 802a_ALUSH_85i_Firmware(EN_FR_ES_IT_US-English).frm
  • 802a_ALUSH_85L_Firmware().frm
  • 802a_TGMX1_85L_Firmware().frm


Software starts flashing, but at 75% stops and gives the errors shown in the picture above.

Please, can you try again with last update v293 ??
We improved flashing procedure.

as wendigo said use last polar suite some fixed issues are inside with the new release 2.9.3
remember to use full charged battry.

Yes, please do flashing with v293 and paste here screenshots.

Using last v2.9.3

Thanks for answere...

As you can see in the image of my first post, I'm using the lastest version (2.9.3).

I've been having problems to flash this piece for a while, and none of the latest versions has been able to complete the flash process.

Hope there will be a solution soon... We trust in Polar Team
