Power your phone ON and type #02#, some info should display, scroll down until the last line, if you read UART Flag: 1, then your phone, as many, has UART communications disabled, if not, then check your cable as sometimes you have to push it a little to make it make contact, luck

The cable is fine, tested with other models..

the Uart Flag is 1

100% agre with y3kt user, check that....if it's UART Flag 1 then forget it, just unlock code by server, if says UART Flag 0 or not say anything...I mean, no UART appears, then you can communicate with it fine...
