Help with OT-768T can´t conection [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello.

I´m trying to unlock an Alcatel OT-768T.

The instructions say to type provider ID but it´s not written on the sticker unther the battery.

Then I try to connect the phone with Gw300 RJ45 cable and get this log:

Engine Compilation Build : 343

Connecting with phone ...

Sending Certificate....

ERROR Phone Not Conected..

Phone Disconnected ...

I tried with an without battery, holding the power button all the time and holding the power button until the phone was detected. I always get the same reaction.

connect button was enabled by mistake by coder. connecting this phone is not supported yet.

Do you know how to know the provider id if it is not on the sticker under the battery
