Hello,

Try resetting the mobile with *2767*3855# ojo ( All data will be lost )

Then try to read again the codes it works with me somtimes.

I tryed to maked it, and I re-installed the drivers of Qualcom

But have the same problem: Have another idea?

I tryed allways with combo usb + rj45, conected to Polar.

What dou you mean exactly? I must conected USB to pc directly? I must try with only USB cable, without RJ45?
