i have motorola w377 with usercode i want remove.i have to flash for remove s.code?

- Direct unlock

OR

- Format FFS

if not help then flash it

Format FFS must erase your usercode (as Gorr told you)

but after conect mobile format ffs option is dim(i cant press)

there is only this option is

write,read,disconect,repair service and unlock

and what option u used for flash phone inside polar suite

after conect phone i click on write tab and did full flash with this file

W377_0.0.32_Fullflash(900-1800)(Movistar_Spain_FR_DE_IT_ES_EN_CAT_EUSK_GAL)

after flashed now phone is blinking and show on screen show PHONE IS HACKED-83

i think i have to flash with corct file but there is many file sir can u tell me wich file i have to use

W377_0.0.16_Fullflash(900-1800)(T-Mobile_Macedonia_EN_ALB_MACEDONIA)

i flashed with this file and having same problem(blinking) then i unlocked phone and problem solved

now phone working gud

Yes, because in this phones, after flash you must make UNLOCK process (repair security area)
