Member: 819396 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 113 | hi, thanks for the very quick response. ive followed the steps you mentioned but still same problem. ive attached a screen shot of the device manager com ports so you can have a look and pc suite is installed and ready as you can see from the same image. any further help would be great   |

Member: 819396 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 113 | hi, thanks for offering to help, i had to unlock the phone with a different tool as customer wasnt willing to wait any longer. ive downloaded sonork, so the next time i get a u8110 i will contact you. i tried everything from re-installing and deleting the drivers but still same problem thanks |

Be sure you installed all drivers too, best is install HUAWEI PCSUITE that comes with the phone for be totally sure. And the famous "read unsupported" makes exactly the same thing that the unlock precedure. Doesn't matters how much time I wait after resplug the cable, result is allways the same Searching Device...
