who can help me with this problem before formatting my laptop all conectanban me now not to connect or to pass an Alcatel flash can help thank you very much

Make sure u update all pc devices drivers and basic framework.

Make ticked Boot Forced with full chared battery.

Some times driver conflict with others. As u said, before it was WORKING FINE.

To work stabily with polar suite, must use only specific drivers downloaded from polar support. this are tested n working then reinstalled last version of Polar soft.
