I cannot open polarbox program ::: ANSWERED ::: - GSM-Forum

hi polar box team
i cant open the main program of polarbox all updates...
i have drivers ok
conecctions ok ....
windows xp ok...
i dont know if will be problem hardware or what?..

1- download and install polar installer : DOWNLOAD

2- download and install last update (for the moment last one is 2.11) : DOWNLOAD

Hi polar area team
I bought a new polar box has never been used
i cannot open the main program polarbox all updates ... polarbox v16 ok, polarbox V212 ok
i Driver ok
recording sat polar: polar test hardware
I have the following message: FEATURE NOT ACTIVE

This feature will be functional soon. Thanks for trusting polar team.

conecctions ok ....
windows xp ok ...
I do not know if problem is hardware or something? ..

my box was working normally with LG Activation aal work fine but sudden Samsung models gone whenever iam trying to unlock it says check ur account and now for alcatel and when iam registering it says u already registered plz do something

and try this go to panda box check credits if credits was good install again polar

Just uninstall and re-install Polar 16+last version(2.12) and all will be ok.
Remember to put and save ur logging detail to Polar sat after install.

I haven´t buy any credit and in panda it says check account
