I cannot unlock Alcatel OT-V670 help [SOLVED]

Hello Polar Users,

I have an Alcatel OT-V670 and the box Ask me for provider code but i cannot put all the numbers, also i'm using the regular usb cable and i cant find the drivers for this phone.

I read it in other post that i have to flash it but i cant at least connect because every time says error.

Sorry, im a newbie and im starting the unlocking business with polarbox3

Thanks for your Reply FiStrO, but in this case SRO NAME im clear about this, it ask me for PROVIDER CODE that is at the back of the phone behind the Battery.


In My case i have this:
PROVIDER: V670A-2ARGDO1-S40
IMEI: 011492000290459

When i connect the phone to the box via USB DATA CABLE and i press the button CONNECT says "press power button and kepp pressed until the process finish" and nothing happens later, always error.

Also When i try to just calculate says "TYPE CORRECT PROVIDER...."

I tried:

2ARGDO1
RGDO1
2ARGDO1S40
V670A2ARGD

And Nothing...

You not readed instructions ...

- Power On the Phone and Type *#837#
- Later choose the name that starts with X......... (this is the SRO)
- For last put IMEI and SRO (for example XP66GU13) and press calculate.

SRO have 8 digits and start ALWAYS with X......... (u will see easy in phone after put secuence)

I always read the intructions, once i post here its means i don't know what to do. I said i'm clear about SRO NAME (i already unlocked a few Alcatel with that), but in this case Polar Suite is asking for PROVIDER & IMEI.

The PROVIDER (Not SRO NAME) is V670A-2ARGDO1-S40
The IMEI is 011492000260469

I don't know how to put the provider because only accept 10 Digits and like i said before i tried many variants.
