I need help unlocking Sagem MY401c with usb cable :::ANSWERED::: - GSM-Forum

I have here a sagem my401c, I'm using a v3 usb cable, drivers installed ok (20070712_sagem_usb_drivers_setup) phone is using port 5, I have 10 credits available. I click unlock and then I connect cable but phone power on after I connect cable and it's not detected by polarbox.

Am I using a wrong cable (v3)?
Should I conect phone like pinout posted in support only?
What Am I doing Wrong?

yes u are using the bad cable, use pinout from support and ur phone will be unlocked

Thank for your fast response.
Now it's working, First code rejected, second code acepted, but after that phone it's asking me for a postal code or lock code, polar shows the lock code its 0000 but phone rejected, is there a way to factory reset the phone?
