I tried to unlock in this mode but it doesn´t work; here is the log:

Did you try normal unlock button ? Not factory unlock.

Yes, I tried. But it tries to root first and no "Yes message" about it appears on the telephone screen, son It can´t be rooted and It can´t be unlocked.
Later I tried to root with:
iroot: ko
kingroot: ko

Any ideas (better than flashing) ?

I think the problem is that you cant root device.
Unlock procedure need phone be rooted, once you get will be unlocked without problems.

In support we have rooting, but for 4.1.2 version (root_i8190N_4.1.2)
In case you have this version, try it and confirm us if worked
If different, you need find correct one, i bet will be available on the net

yes, that´s right, it´s a rooting problem, sure.

So, I try to root with your tool, just downloaded from your support (my phone is 4.1.2)
But, you haven´t got instructions for doing this, so, how can I do it?

Unzip, u have these three files

Odin3_v3.04 -(flasher for use flash bellow file)
openrecovery-twrp-2.4.2.0-golden - (Flash this file through Odin, select as PDA)
UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.10 - (Flash this via SD card).

If u never heard or use Odin then check How to flash using Odin and also , Flashing via SD card

Do the following, copy last file to sd card or phone memory. flash openrecovery and imediate after flash, flash update-superSU via SD.

Also, u can root ur phone using GUI free tool like iRoot or KingoRoot .

Thanks for the instructions, I know Odin, but I never had unlocked one of this models. I´ll try now. As I told you in my previous message, kingoroot and iroot didn´t worked.

I did the first step ok, but when I try install the package superSU from sdcard:
E:failed to verify whole-file signature
E:signature verification failed

U should allow phone reboot to normal after flashing recovery. Before flashing, make sure sdcard prepared inside phone, u may untick reboot in Odin, or quickly manual press combination to put phone in recovery mode immediately flash finish.

Yes, "Auto-Reboot" Odin problem.

With these more clear instructions, in only 3 minutes the phone is unlocked.

Perhaps it could be a good idea for all (us, the customers, and you, the support) to put a little .txt file with real instructions for every root in support section. You know, time is gold for all (us and you).

For sure, this ocourse only to this model, i9195 .... n some older with android 4.1.2. [Headache 4.1.2 ].

Searching forum is another greater idea. For this must have been posted several times.
