I'm trying to unlock one i9300 and says ok but then still blocked.

the phone has the 4.1.2 version, why this happens?

Check unlock counter. maybe zero.

Sorry, I misinterpreted your post with another post.
NO UNLOCK COUNTER FOR DIRECT UNLOCK SAMSUNG.
Coder is looking on this issue. It just happening to some handsets.
