IDEOS X3 how to unlock [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi team ,it says for the u8510 edeos x3 i have to hold the red and green button ,there are no red and green buttons .Ive tried the volume down and power button, and the screen goes pink ,But still does not unlock ......help please

i should have said ive held both volume + & - then power button and the screen goes pink .....also tried the volume- & power button with the screen hold at start up ....no joy...........perhaps it a driver issue ......please help team

i dont use sonork,Every one else needs to know the right solution.And why say press red and green button when there is no such buttons.i dont have the phone to hand now.But the customer will come back with the phone when i call them......But i dont want to call them back untill i have the right answer or method of unlocking this phone ......

Sure, all must know right solution, but i need more info so I asked for SONORK.

About secuence, there is 2 secuences in this kind of phones, we simply mistaked and added the other, so try to unlock and paste here full complete ERROR LOG (this will give us more info)

I have the same problem,ERROR Phone Not Found... tested in two diferent computers, tested in normal mode, tested pressing power+volume down and tested pressing volume+- and power (violet screen) but all the attemps the same error message.
Is drivers problem? what correct drivers you recomend?

Note: With other software i could read phone without problems by pressing vulume- and power on for a few seconds.

You must use drivers from support.
If you have SONORK please add me and will check myself for see if i detect the problem.

customer came back with phone ,i tried every thing to get polar box to read the phone ,the customer would not wait .So i decided to pay the activation on dc unlocker.And it detected it with ease and unlocked .Sorry polar team i tried every thing to unlock with polar....
