i have z240 but the phone lock by user code ,,i unlock it but i cant enter to the phone becouse of is lock by the user ,,please help show me how to do that ... thankx

With this reset all config to factory default!

brother the phone is reset and it okk but when i try to unlock it and it phone unlocked but if i put unsuported card inside then it say network lock....please help

This phone must be having Z240E firmware inside.
Connect phone selecting Z240E and press read codes.
Then put unsupported sim and enter code then press ok and enjoy.

Are u connected to internet and using last version V2.13 of Polar?
Phone on and drivers installed. Not need put in download mode as pressing botton 9+power on .
