LG KP170 unlock problem [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Having problems trying to unlock a UK LG KP170 on Tesco network. Everytime I try I get unlock failed.

Have tried to attach a screenshot but forum won't let me so here is link to screenshot of problem.

I know the cable is fine as am unlocking several other KP170's fine. Also I have tried to backup the phone in case you needed file to look at but I get same error when trying to do this also.

This is un-usual. make reset of phone and unlock again.

I have done factory reset (twice) which completed and still the same error. I even tried Repair Service but that too came up with error.

never did sort out original phone problem as customer could not wait any longer.

However now have exactly same issue with another KP170. Have done reset but will not unlock or backup (any part).

Attached is another screen shot of this phone.

Problem is as I said it won't read the backups!
