Can anyone point me in the right direction for this firmware?

I don't have the handset in the shop at the moment so I havn't a clue what version it is, but if I can get the latest unbranded version it should be o'k.

All I know is this guy has tried to download something to the handset and now it's frozen on the LG startup screen.

Any help would be appreciated.
