since i updated to polar 300 i cant unlock any phones need help fast sometimes goes as far as connecting to server then fails can anyone help me

Error...Phone Not Unlocked the box is reading the phones but will not connect to server to unlock them but it will do every thing else

mean box is working ok

this problem can be caused by bad internet connexion or phone version not supported
