need help with alcatel [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

hi. i have an alcatel E801X that needs to be unlocked.

Im using the E256 cable & selected E801 on V2.4.8(c) but the phone is not detecting. instead its switching on.

this is my 2nd alcatel for unlocking as this brand is no longer sold in SA so im not too familiar with them.

cable in E801 is E256 but not fit correctly
perhaps you need insist or modify cable a little
take a cutter and erase some plastic for fit properly

test and post result

good solution. cable was not making contact to the board. phone is now unlocked.............
