Need some advice... [ANSWERED]

Hi to all, recently, I damage my Polar box cause bad pinout on alcatel phone, Windows won´t recognized, I opened it and change FTDI from another unused box, everything go great, software open again, I do some jobs but never in RJ45 port, today, when I try to do another alcatel, the phone don´t connect, I check and oly FTDI are installed, no polar box micro, and of course, without it, can´t connect phones at RJ45, I opened again and clean PCB, reatached USB dongle, but no luck, please, I need some advice from supported, no one knows PolarBox hardware like you, and for the others member, any help will be apreciate, thank´s in advance,

Thank´s Sr for your soon reply, but, the first thing that I do, was change the FTDI from SMTi box, and now FTDI are ok, I mean, at Device Manager, I see FTDI installed ok, but no Polar Box Micro, maybe a little help from you can save my day,

try to remove dongle, clean, then put all back and test

Thank´s again Sr, very gently, I been try all solutions, but, I think is FTDI compatibility problem, I used, as I say before, FTDI from SMTi box, FT245BL, and original was FT232BL, looking in both datasheet, I found one Asynchronous Serial Data Transfer, and the other one Parallel FIFO bi-directional Data Transfer or Isochronous Transfers, the comunication protocol change, and of course, will never connect phone in RJ45 port, I´m trying to find some FT232BL here in my country, (Cuba), but it´s so hard!!!, thank´s one more time,
