Press Connect or Read Codes

You see Please Plug Cable in Phone and Wait......

In this moment need install driver

Terminal port appears within seconds

At this time you should install driver

Depending on whether you need Read Codes or Flashing phone you need to install a second driver

Sorry but drivers in support was not correct.
I uploaded now another drivers that will work and detect phone (i tested here myself)

Please, try again and post if success.

When 2 devices appear, make UPDATE DRIVER in the "CDC Serial" and later choose *.INF manually. After install polar will detect and read codes.

i got unlock code but when i put non-supported sim, where enter to code, apprear for a second and then disappear again...please advice how to enter code.
i tried *0000*code# & *0001*code# but not work...

2 times factory resetted...but same menu comes for a second and disapprear....then i press flight mode and then normal soo again comes a second and disappear.

- Open Control Panel and go to device manager
- When phone be detected :
Select this folder "C:\Drivers_Alcateles_Android_MTK\Alcatel_Android_ MTK_USB VCOM Driver"
for computer install drivers, this folder have all for enable high speed port.

- Folder "Alcatel_CDC_USB_Driver", have only CDC driver.
This driver is ONLY used for READ CODES function.

IMPORTANT : Alcatel driver only appears 4-5 seconds, when you plug phone and later disappears quickly.
You must put attention for install it fast.

- Cuando el telefono sea detectado :
Selecciona la carpeta "C:\Drivers_Alcateles_Android_MTK\Alcatel_Android_ MTK_USB VCOM Driver"
como origen para que coja los drivers de alli.
Esto carpeta contiene los drivers necesarios para conectar el terminal y para el puerto de alta
velocidad.

- La carpeta "Alcatel_CDC_USB_Driver", contiene unicamente el driver CDC.
Este driver se utiliza SOLAMENTE para la función de READ CODES

IMPORTANTE : El driver de alcatel aparece solamente 4-5 segundos cuando pinchas el telefono y despues
desaparece rápi*****te. Has de estar bien atento e instalarlo muy rápido.

hola me podrias ayudar? intento instalar drivers para smart2 que me descargue del support pero me dice mi pc que no encuentra el driver, tambien lo he intentado instalar manualmente en administrador de dispositivos y no hay manera, gracias

Hi,

One very important thing, this model only can be unlocked under 32bits systems (WinXP 32bits, Win7 32bits), due drivers not works over 64bits systems.

If your computer is 64bits, you will need to find one with 32bits.

After this, all will work (is totally supported)

Capitan, if you cant enter codes, please fullflash phone with unlocked firmware.
Phone will be unlocked, and unbranded. This will solve your problem.
