Friend! This is card Reader Problem and not drivers or Software.Try remove card-Clean and put again inside reader.
If problem continues ask your Reseller for change (Reader Only).If you have one old or last Pkey reader Use this.
Work 100% OK.Tested.

I am running the updater software 1.04 but every time I hit start update it tells me to connect my box thing is the box is connected and the P3 dongle is in the front usb port on the box
obviously not seeing the box though the polar suite software does when I run it
i've de-installed the polar suite and I don't have any antivirus on the laptop
anyone any ideas on how to fix this problem
the serials for P2 and P3 show error as per the attached image.

That'll be a
1 - yes read it
2 - watched video - doesn't say anything about what to do if clicking start update doesn't work
3 - pc is xp
4 - box and dongle are connected to computer
5 - box works fine with 2.69 before trying to update

my theory is its not seeing the P3 dongle correctly but why also does the software updater say to connect the box when it is connected and verified working ok with v2.69

any ideas anyone much appreciated

ah

won't be able to do that i'm afraid
work IT stipulations/lockdown whatever you want to call it
so no remote access into site

any other ideas to try?

could it be a fault with the P3 card should I contact the re-seller and see if they could replace or test it?

box sn and p3 sn not readed by updater mean not dongle problem

Tried other card readers. No change. I am still not able to get the PolarSuite or PolarSat programs to startup.

Recently i received mi card then download updater v1.04 bust give me this error

12:46:29 Checking PolarBox2 hardware

12:46:29 Checking account status
12:46:36 Error checking status. PolarBox2 was already updated before

-----------> This serial was linked to p3card before

Cant login to support

Server bad answer.
Please Update Support Advanced Tool or try later

pls help u need serial from box and pcard here or pm ?
