Fail to unlock Samsung S5830 Movistar Spain? [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

Hello all!

Today i tried to unlock a Samsung S5830 of Movistar Spain and when i click on unlock the polar say:

Reading Data Wait...

and do nothing...all time waiting?

After this I tried with the others models was supported by RJ45 cable and make the same:

Reading Data Wait...

I used the last version of PolarBox 2.9.6

Can tell me some solution or is not supported yet or what is the problems??

I wait for your quick answer because i have some phones for unlock.

This model is fully supported, please check drivers installed and your cable.

The problem it's SOLVED today with the new update 2.9.7
Not cable or driver problems.
Thanks a lot for your great job!

Note: I downloaded this new update for the gsmforum polar section page because in the SAT of Polar no exist yet. Only i see the oldest 2.9.6 software version in SAT.
