| Do these. -Download Locosto driver from support -Extract driver to a folder -Connect power on phone to Pc using the Mot V3 usb cable. -Install drivers from location and go to device manager and set port to a port lessthan com10 -Disconnect phone and power off. ,then connect powered off phone to cable without Battery -Press connect and put battery when software ask for that and wait for few second for phone to connect -Press unlock and wait for process to complete. NB: Make sure u clean Pc from all other Mot drivers to avaid driver comflict. With Best regards rotelcam Quote:

| hello frands the cabl is instal and all be ok but the phone cant unlocked the polar box always say Now, put battery into the phone and wait ERROR Phone not respond ... so pleas help |
