I'm having problems trying to unlock a Vodafone 810. I have version 2.1.0 of Polarbox. I have installed drivers correctly (now) for Voda810 as confirmed by being able to access phone from Vodafone PC Assistant.
On Polarbox after selecting Voda 810 the only buttons available to me are "Read Codes", "Rd Ph Code" & "Unlock Phone". All other buttons/options are greyed out, in particular I do not have the option to "Enable Controls" which will allow me to select correct Com port (9 in my case).
Any thoughts?

HI FRIEND YOU DONT NEED TO SELECT COM PORT ON SOFTWARE INTERFACE.
1.INSERT a vodaFONE SIMCARD in the phone and turn it on

2.connect it directly to pc using v810 usb cable USE FRONT SIDE PORT

3.let it install software pc

4.when finished unplug phone

5.replug and let drivers install automatically

once finisHED, launch polar SOFTWARE and unlock it
POST RESULTS,REGARDS,SUUNNYY

Unlocking Vodafone 810 made easily in Polarbox2.......no more keypad presses and settings any usb comport....!!Just tick unlock and done..!!

Thanks for your input.

As I said, I have no problems with drivers as I can access phone via Vodafone PC software.

I have unplugged, replugged, waited, unplugged, replugged, started Polar, "Rd Ph Codes", Still nothing!

I did try attaching screenshot but that kept failing too!

just connect powered on phone
be on the net
the pc assistant will come out automatically and installed itself

As I said, PC assistant/Vodafone PC installed fine and communicates fine with phone. Just Polar Box does not.

u to put the phone in test mode
power off phone
press together * + 0 + # + power,
it will turn pink
then connect phone and do job
