hi

i got stuck when i tried to unlock samsung zv60 .it says phone freeze sim not available after putting the non accepted sim card while i had put unfreeze and network unlock code now the keypad is not responding with the non accepted sim card and displays phone freeze sim not available contact your service provider.but it works fine with accepted sim card

can anybody knows why is that and what is the solution.

insert unfreeze code, then enter network code

put unaccepted sim card inside,when message phone freeze appear just enter it (u will see nothing on lcd) just enter it,after last digit phone must ask for nck code,enter it and enjoy

as i said in my prrblem it is freezed after i put unfreeze code and nck code now when i put non accepted sim it shows phone freeze sim not available contact your service provider.keypad is not responding after that only sos calls can be made.

and we sayed that when u type the unfreeze code u will not see any thing (u'll think keyboard freezing, but phone is accepting code)


so retry these steps :

1- put non accepted sim
2- type unfreeze code (even if u think that key board not work)
3- when unfreeze code is entered, phone will ask for net code
