polar box '' unknown device'' [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

hi polar team,
i don t know, during 2 days my polar box refuse to connect to my win7 32bit which i use usually. when i connect it display '' unknown device'' i change cable , change pc , use winxp sp3 all ting and until now i can unlock with it. plz polar team and another who already solve this pbm can hel me thk.

if pc show '' unknown device'' even on xp then ur box is damaged,

can u tell me what box exactly u have ? metal white or plastic or metal blue ??
