polar box update ***** [ANSWERED]

when i updated my polar box to new versio, 2.6.8
the box cannot connect to the server, said connection broken and keep doing this stupid thing all the time, and i try to communicate with polar box team, no FxxKing responend...
even no say software problem or hardware damaged.
i keep to follow this forum amd try to figure out, nothing.

so polar box *****! IT *****!
all the people who using polar box should know it *****!!!!!!!

well not all users for sure, just check success unlocked phones thread.
users still posting success log wich mean all work fine.
but yes we detected that some users facing communication problems and we trying to find and fix this bug

yes some times i also had this problem with blackberry but not always.

did you install blackberry drivers from support has i had same problem before i installed from support then it worked ok but i think server is busy has they are trying to fix it has i have problems with bb at the moment just keep trying polarbox is a very good box to have evreyone has bad times i think it is due to upgrading sat but once sorted it will be great to have polar box to unlock phones many phones unlocked with polar box great support and always giving free updates so i think it is wrong to say polar box *****

We are working for solve this problem in server side, so be patient.
