I have not been able to download from Polar sat. It's frustrating with such an interface. Please how?

All users are downloading updates and flash files and is working without problems.
If you have any problem, please post here screenshot and full infos and we will check it.

Finally I managed to download the update but this does not prevent the nterface is miserable since downloading is quiet (no progress bar).
