yes fully activated you need Credit 0,4 1 credit (aprox euro)

lic1 enabled
lic2 enabled
lic3 enabled wich result 1 credit for each huawei Uxxxx (aprox. 0,4 euro)

if box not have lic3 : then each huawei uxxx will need 10 credits (aprox. 4 euro)

100 credits cost 40 euro

Pantech cost is 2 credits (0,8 euro aprox.)

Full activated box means LIC1+LIC2+LIC3
There is other solutions that need credits and not added to unlimitted licenses. I can list here some ...

- MicroMAX modems USB
- Pantech imei calculations
- Imaginarium CAM1
- Etc ...

Btw, if you have LIC3, cost of HUAWEI is ridiculous, only 0,4 credits so you can charge to your customers without any problem. As you know this models only are supported by polar and other product (with more expensive credit system ...)

Check attach and you will see easily where is the "hidden" progress bar.
I download in 20 seconds with my internet connection, so im sure problem comes from your computer or your ISP provider (not from polar servers or polar SAT)

Hi abakwa,

Some computers need more than 10 seconds so this can be your problem.
Check this :

- Verify after reconnect and wait some time, phone is detected again by your windows
- If not, please install PC-SUITE huawei for all drivers be installed, cos are necesary for finish procedure
