we stopped using providers, now we use secro

when u select model, polar will tell u what u have to do

Can unlock OT-233 before polar update ?? YES
Can unlock OT-233 after polar update ?? YES, and more easy and fast

Read instructions in screen of polar, and you will learn how to do it.

First of all, which polarbox version are you using it ??
In theory, via CABLE all versions are supported, so confirm me you try to unlock via CABLE and using last v293 version.

For last, you can unlock this phone via CALCULATION method (is totally supported), simply you must use this 3 data and enter in software.

Phone Selected : Alc. OT-F152 (first select this model in list)
Phone ID : XLG6CA20 (second use this secro, is for your SFFR1)
Phone Imei : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (here put your real IMEI and wait for codes)

Thanks so much, the phone is unlocked when I put finally the phone ID. I'm using the last version V2.93. First I tried to unlock by calculation without PHONE ID, It displayed " Please Type Correct Phone Data...
". Then I used the cable which gave me the message I posted. So please, tell me how did you get my phone ID? or how to read the ID of my phone? Thx in advce.

Polarbox tell you how to extract ID (instructions) when u select model.
User this secuence : *#837#
