Polar random credit charge [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I bought this box thinking i will get free alcatel unlocks via IMEI and PRD but this thingy seems to be charging me randomly. i thought it would be 1 credit for those exsluvive alcatels but like i said this gadget seems to be charging 8 credits and sometimes 4 credits. I have 1070 credits and i want to know if i can have refund for them so i can use the the box for free unlocks only. My heartbeats goes and up an down each time i unlock an alcatel because i have to scroll up and check credits consumed...its like a pot luck !

i am happy to sell those credits at a losss so i can just use the freebies unlocks only. i know i wont get a code when there is no credits for some chargeable models...

95% of alcatels are FREE
only few one need credits, and to know those need credits, just follow updates annoncement or check official web site.
soon will add a popup windows for worn u when a model need credits before u unlock it.

You are right. 5% models which are in regular use and in demand are not free. There was no charge for these models when I bought this tool.

I only got the box in February 2014. This maybe the best box for those who needs it. unfortunately not for me so my mistake buying it coz I must have misunderstood as to which models are free. can you activate my reseller panel username and password so I can resell my credits.
