HI FRIEND PLEASE CHECK YOUR FIREWALL SETTINGS CLEAR ALL COOKIES AND TRY AGAIN IF PROBLEM REMAINS THE SAME POST HERE WILL CHECK FROM SERVER SIDE AND INFORM YOU HERE.

ARE YOU USING LAST UPDATE VERSION 2.45 ????? BECAUSE OLD VERSIONS ARE DISABLED FROM SERVER.

serveur is ok now.
MAKE SURE U ARE USING THE VERSION 2.54R2
MAKE SURE THAT UR LOGIN PASS ARE INSTALED IN POLARSAT 1.2.9 ( SETUP ACCOUNT) firewall+ off.luck br.
if all is ok by ur side,then strange problem.

any idea so what i do

we tried all options,cookies cleared+firewall off .using latest VERSION 2.54R2,and tried with older version also for just make sure,he has activated licence for lg 3g+sam.with polar sat,he can check acount +info etc.but always server error when try to unlock.hope team will check about it.
